DearFlow just increased its headcount to 3!

I’m thrilled (and motivated) to welcome Shobrun to DearFlow as our founding designer.

Shobrun is one of the most passionate and exceptional designers I’ve ever met. He exceeded every expectation from the moment I read his application, interviewed him, and started working with him.

For instance, after the interview, I asked him to do a quick product research on some of our potential competitors. All I expected was a simple document with some basic information and observations.

Little did I know, he came back within 24 hours with a full Figma page (image below) analyzing competitors’ landing pages, core features, integrations, marketing messages, and more. And he didn’t even stop there, he shared his thoughts and suggestions on which ideas we could adapt to enhance DearFlow.

This level of dedication and commitment reminds me why I became a startup founder. There's something deeply fulfilling and privileged about working alongside people who demand nothing but greatness. I guess that's how you turn a dream into something that impacts millions.

Fun fact: with Shobrun on board, DearFlow’s average age is now 22 (me at 23, Ben at 21, and Shobrun at 23) 😎
